Welcome to Keshet Holistics

I believe in the benefit of holistic therapy to improve the body and mind. My approach is to create a personalised massage experience that addresses your specific needs; whether you’re seeking relaxation from stress, relief from muscle tension or easing chronic pain. I provide a calm, nurturing space where you can unwind and reconnect with yourself.

All treatments are tailored to you, ensuring you receive the most beneficial and restorative therapy possible.

Holistic Massage Services

A range of therapies to support your well-being.

Treatment prices vary based on the type of treatment and treatment duration, starting from £40

Swedish Massage

Choose a full body treatment, or select areas on the body that you feel are holding tension. Swedish massage can be whatever pressure you need and wherever you need it!

Indian Head Massage

The ultimate stress reliever. Indian Head Massage is a massage of the upper body, focusing on the scalp. It reduces tension and promotes a deep sense of relaxation and mental wellbeing. It is also a super nourishing treatment for your hair! You can have this treatment on it’s own, although a lot of my clients like to include a 15 minute neck and scalp massage at the end of their other massage treatment.

Myofascial Dry Cupping

This treatment is a combination of a deep tissue massage and myofascial dry cupping for extra tension relief and the ease of muscle tightness. A popular choice for those who partake in regular sport.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage for specific muscular areas experiencing chronic tension or recent injury. Using techniques including trigger point therapy to reduce pain, increase mobility, improve posture and circulation. This massage uses a firmer pressure.

I customise each treatment to address individual needs, ensuring a personalised and effective experience. The aim is always for you to have had an amazing treatment to soothe and relax the mind and body, whilst releasing tension we are holding (that we are so often not even aware of!).

This can be as deep pressure or gentle as you need.

Japanese Head Spa

Think of this treatment as a facial for your scalp. Providing deep relaxation, cleansing and moisturising of the head.

Hot Stone Massage

Soothes muscles and releases tension on a physical, mental and spiritual level. Using hot basalt stones to ease, relax, and stretch out sore muscles. The pressure can be whatever you need, wherever you need it.

I just had my second massage with Tivka and it was amazing!

The new massage room is lovely and after my massage I looked in the mirror and realised I had forgotten how low my shoulders are supposed to sit! I had a longer massage this time and her prices are really good value. Thank you xxx

Tivka has been working with me to help relieve back soreness and pain.

Using trigger point massage and giving me stretches to encourage recovery. Tivka is very professional and friendly, she’s very helpful and knows her stuff! I always feel relaxed and in much less pain when I leave Keshet Holistics. She works hard to understand issues I’m having and works with my body to find the root cause. I look forward to my next appointment! I would highly recommend:)

I have been searching for a new massage therapist for 2 years after my old one had to retire.

I can happily say that I have finally found someone that knows how to work with my body the way that my old one did. And someone that understands the impact of multiple chronic illnesses on the body.
I won't be going anywhere else now.
