Swedish Massage

Choose a full body treatment, or select areas on the body that you feel are holding tension. Swedish massage can be whatever pressure you need and wherever you need it!

Indian Head Massage

The ultimate stress reliever. Indian Head Massage is a massage of the upper body, focusing on the scalp. It reduces tension and promotes a deep sense of relaxation and mental wellbeing. It is also a super nourishing treatment for your hair! You can have this treatment on it’s own, although a lot of my clients like to include a 15 minute neck and scalp massage at the end of their other massage treatment.

Myofascial Dry Cupping

This treatment is a combination of a deep tissue massage and myofascial dry cupping for extra tension relief and the ease of muscle tightness. A popular choice for those who partake in regular sport.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage for specific muscular areas experiencing chronic tension or recent injury. Using techniques including trigger point therapy to reduce pain, increase mobility, improve posture and circulation. This massage uses a firmer pressure.

I customise each treatment to address individual needs, ensuring a personalised and effective experience. The aim is always for you to have had an amazing treatment to soothe and relax the mind and body, whilst releasing tension we are holding (that we are so often not even aware of!).

This can be as deep pressure or gentle as you need.

Crystal Healing Massage

This treatment is a massage focused on areas of your choosing, and includes a crystal healing layout and angelic reiki to promote physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing

Please note I will not do a 90 minute of only deep tissue work, as I feel this is too long a duration for such an intense massage, for both myself as a therapist and for you as a client!
